Cassels is a family-owned and operated brewing company in Christchurch. Since 2009 they have been brewing a range of award-winning beers in their purpose-built facility at The Tannery in Woolston. Sourcing quality local ingredients, experimenting with different techniques to bring exceptional flavour and staying true to traditional craft beer values lies at the heart of their offer. For one night only, they are taking over Monza Sports Bar to guide you through four of their standout creations.

This isn’t just a tasting, it’s a masterclass in flavour. Our Head Chef has gone into the kitchen to craft four bespoke dishes specifically designed to match the character, kick, and hops of each brew.
