HOW DO I GET UPGRADED?

If you earn 4,000 base points in a six month period you will be upgraded to Silver Club State.
If you earn 10,000 base points in a six month period you will be upgraded to Gold Club State.

DO THE BONUS POINTS I EARN FROM FOOD & DRINK PURCHASES COUNT TOWARDS BEING UPGRADED?

Only base points earned from gaming count towards an upgrade to Silver or Gold. Any points
earned from F&B or multiplier promotions do not count but are available for use within the casino.

HOW LONG IS THE MEMBERSHIP FOR?

The Bronze membership becomes inactive after one year of no activity. Silver and Gold
memberships are valid for six months from upgrade.

WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY CASINO DOLLARS I HAVE?

You can check your balance at any of our kiosks or in the Players Club app. Your Casino Dollars are shown as bonus points – just divide the points by 100 to get the dollar amount. For example: 2000 points = $20 Casino Dollars.

CAN I SPLIT PAYMENTS FOR F&B BETWEEN BP’S AND CASH?

Yes, you can split transaction payments using a combination of bonus points and cash.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, your bonus points expire one year from earning if they are unused, however your oldest points will always be used first when redeeming for free play or F&B purchases.

CAN WE HAVE ONE CARD PER COUPLE?

Each individual must have a separate Players Club card that matches their photo ID.
