You must be 20 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE AT CHRISTCHURCH CASINO?
Smart and neat presentation is required at all times and management reserve the right
to refuse entry.
As a guideline the following will not be permitted into Christchurch Casino:
- Beanies
- Clothing with obvious signs of being stained or dirty
- Steel capped boots
- Clothing with offensive designs/words
- Gang patches or other gang insignias
- Clothing deemed not acceptable for Christchurch Casino
WHAT FORM OF IDENTIFICATION IS CONSIDERED VALID AT
CHRISTCHURCH CASINO?
We accept the following forms of identification:
- New Zealand Passport
- International Passport
- New Zealand Drivers Licence
- Kiwi Access card or HANZ 18+ Card
- New Zealand Firearms Licence
HOW DO I JOIN THE PLAYERS CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM?
You can join for free and your benefits will begin immediately upon presentation of
current photo identification to the Players Club desk located on the Main Gaming Floor.
Acceptable forms of current photo identification for Players Club membership are:
- Current Passport
- NZ Firearms Licence
- Overseas National Identity Card
- NZ issued or Foreign issued Photo Driver’s licence*
*If you only have a NZ issued or Foreign issued Photo Driver’s license
you will need a form of secondary identification such as:
- NZ Birth Certificate
- NZ or Overseas certificate of citizenship
- NZ Bank issued Visa or Master Card
Your Players Club card will be issued to you immediately. |

HOW DO I USE MY PLAYERS CLUB CARD?
Members can use their membership card to earn Points from gaming play and food or beverage purchase. These can then be downloaded on Gaming Machines for Free Play, to purchase Free Play chips for use on Table Games or for food and beverage purchases.

The Casino has one TAB facility available. This is located in our second floor, in the “Got Game” area.
