We have a smart casual dress code. We ask guests to present themselves in a neat and tidy manner at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.

As a guideline the following is not permitted:

• Clothing with obvious signs of being stained or dirty
• Steel capped boots
• Clothing with offensive designs/words
• Gang patches or other gang insignias
• Clothing deemed not acceptable for Christchurch Casino

No, as Christchurch Casino is a licensed venue, guests under 20 years old are strictly not permitted anywhere inside our premises.

Yes, we can offer a private function and event space in our Monza Sports Bar, suitable for celebrations, corporate events, and group bookings. Please contact our team for more information.

You can join for free and your benefits will begin immediately upon presentation of current photo identification to the Players Club desk located on the Main Gaming Floor.

• NZ Firearms Licence
• Overseas National Identity Card
• NZ issued or Foreign issued Photo Driver’s licence*

  you will need a form of secondary identification such as:

Yes, Christchurch Casino offers gift cards that can be used for gaming, dining, and entertainment throughout the venue. Gift cards can be loaded with any amount between $20 and $500, making them a great option for birthdays, celebrations, thank you gifts, and special occasions.

Gift cards can be used at selected dining outlets including Monza Sports Bar, The Café, and Skylark Bar & Lounge, as well as on gaming activities within the casino.

Gift cards are available for purchase from the Players Club desk located on the main gaming floor. Terms and conditions apply, including a 3-year expiry from the date of purchase.
