Poker ID Requirements

 

In order to play any of our “Major” tournament series we will require the following details. Some can be emailed through, others we require to see at the Cash desk. Registrations are not completed until all details are verified.

Information for Players Club membership

Upload forms if you’re already a Players Club member here

ID

  • Either a Passport or NZ Firearms Licence, or
  • 2 forms of other ID, with 1 of them being a photo-ID (e.g. Drivers Licence and bank card)

You may simply present this ID at our Customer Services desk.  Please do not email us any images of your ID(s).

You may be required to present some current ID if an ID on your existing Players Club account has now expired.

 

                Residential address verification

Address is verified using an independently-issued document, dated no older than 12 months, showing both your name and residential address; for example:

  • Utility bill/insurance bill
  • Bank statement/credit card statement
  • Government-issued document (including vehicle registration)

You may present a document or a screenshot from your phone at our Customer Services desk, or UPLOAD OR EMAIL … email the relevant section of any such document to:

Please update and verify your address if it has changed since you last verified it with us.

 

Bank account ownership verification

Bank account ownership verification requires:

  • A copy of a document issued by your bank showing both your name and the bank account number.

You may present a document or a screenshot from your phone (mobile banking app) at our Customer Services desk, or UPLOAD OR EMAIL … email the relevant section of any such document to:

Please note that any bank account you use to transact with Christchurch Casino must be a ‘personal’ account you are an owner of, i.e. we do not allow payments from/to any Trust or company account or via a third party.

You may choose to provide some of or all the necessary information when you arrive, if so, please visit our Customer Services desk.

Please note that we cannot complete your registration until all necessary information is received.
