Yes, Gift Cards can be purchased from the Players Club and Cash Desk. Accepted payment methods include cash and debit cards. Credit cards and other gift cards are not accepted.

You can load between $20 – $500 on the Gift Cards.

No, Gift Cards must be shipped to an address within New Zealand.

When purchased online, you can only use your gift card on dining. When purchased in the Casino, you can use your gift card on free-play and dining.

Yes, all Gift Cards come with a PIN number pre-loaded. You can change your number any time, just visit the Players Club desk.

Either visit the Casino and go to the Players Club & Cash Desk to check the Gift Card balance or email us with your card details.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Gift cards purchased online can only be used on food and beverage. Gift cards purchased at Christchurch Casino may be used on dining or gaming.
  • Casino gift cards may only be used for products and services available at Christchurch Casinos Limited
  • Casino gift cards are preloaded with Casino dollars to the value of your choice between a minimum value of $20 and a maximum value of $500
  • Once purchased Casino dollars are not exchangeable for cash or cash equivalents
  • Casino gift cards may be bought at the Cash Desk/Players Club desk or online.
  • Please allow 1-3 days shipping for online purchases
  • Casino gift cards may be purchased by personal credit card (No business credit card purchases.)
  • Casino gift cards unused value expires 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Casino Dollar Gift Cards are completely separate to our loyalty programme and as such:
    • Casino dollar gift cards do not accrue any loyalty points
    • Points cannot be transferred from a gift card to a loyalty card
    • Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase a gift card
  • Use of this card is subject to the Christchurch Casino Host Responsibility Programme
  • Host Responsibility limits apply
  • Customers who are in any way excluded or trespassed from Christchurch Casino are not eligible to redeem
