Premium Guest Host – Full Time

An exciting and unique opportunity to join the Christchurch Casinos Premium Guest Services Team. Our Premium Guest Services Team works as a close-knit team and manages all aspects of service to our Christchurch Casino premium guests. 

This is a role that focuses on making our premium guests feel special and your role within this team is to assist with hosting premium guest members at the Casino, developing professional relationships with them and performing administrative tasks associated with maintaining our membership database. 

This is not a role for the introverted. 

We seek someone with an engaging personality who personifies integrity, acts professionally but also wants to work in a fun environment. 

You will have experience in customer service, sales or hospitality and be able to show recognition of achievement in exceeding customer expectations.

You will able to work constructively within a small team but should also be comfortable working independently at times.

This is a full-time position and flexibility is a must with varied shifts, particularly evening work and weekends.

This is a licensed position which requires a Certificate of Approval (COA) issued by the Department of Internal Affairs. The Casino will facilitate the application process for the COA if you are offered and accept a position with us.
